Choose 30 minutes for a quick refresh, 60 minutes for regular facial care, and 90 minutes when you want more time for skincare and an additional mask. If you’re not sure, we can help you choose.
For regular care, we usually recommend a facial every 2–4 weeks. The ideal frequency depends on your skin, facial tension, lifestyle and what you want to achieve.
Often, yes. After one session, the face may look fresher, less puffy and more rested. Results vary from person to person, and regular treatments help maintain the effect over time.
No. You choose the treatment time, and we choose and combine the techniques according to your face and skin on the day. This may include sculpting, lymphatic drainage, buccal techniques and other facial massage methods.
Usually yes, but not immediately after injections. Please tell us when and where you had Botox or fillers so we can adapt the treatment or recommend waiting if necessary.
Facial massage should be postponed if you have an active skin infection, inflammation, open wounds, a cold sore outbreak, fever or are feeling unwell. After injections, surgery or other medical or aesthetic procedures, please check with your practitioner first.
